This will be my filler entry for people to leave stoopid eProps/Comments for me to check every... month or so.  If you actually want to get in touch with me check out my LJ and leave a comment there.  ;)

Just so you know: my Xanga account is pretty much exclusively dedicated for my commenting on other people's blogs.  As flattering as your comments are, I hardly ever check back on my own crap so I'll prob. never see them.

Now that LiveJournal is free again, why not take advantage of its superior comment system and start blogging there?  All the extra "bells-n-whistles" of Xanga (including but not limited to the infuriating tendency of people to embed music on their pages) are just sooo not my thing.  Didn't people realize back in the 90's that embedding MIDI files on your web page was about the single most infuriating thing you could do?  Even my own web site pissed me off everytime I loaded it.  Thank God for the subscription page.  Not thanking God so much for the limiting my sub. page to 5 entries per page.  I want more, my connection can handle it.

I was tempted to throw in a link to my old old website, but it sucks and is so stripped down and devoid of unique content that it should be "DELETED!"

wtf?  I wrote a Xanga entry?  Diana tricked me into doing it.  I swear.

Guess what?

Livejournal is free again.  Sign up now or resume your old journals and I'll forgive you (maybe).

My favorite features of LJ?

-Not nearly as annoying to view the billion customizations people put up on their individual Xangas (like music)

-THREADED COMMENTS.  Being able to reply to individual comments is money

-E-mail notification is huge, as well.  As narcissistic and as self-absorbed as I may be, getting notification when a comment is received on your entries is incredibly convenient.

You know what I find hilarious?  I get the nagging feeling that most people don't even check their comments on Xanga.  How silly is that?

*sigh*  Just switch to LJ.  Please.

So they say there's a new Xanga system out.

My opinion?

Xanga still sucks major ass.
